This Shipping Policy explains how your orders are delivered.


1. Digital Products (Instant Download) 

All digital worksheets and downloadable materials are delivered electronically.

Delivery method:

  • Download link is available immediately after successful payment.

  • You will receive:

    • Access on the order confirmation page, and/or

    • An email containing your download link.

Delivery time:

  • Instant delivery in most cases.

  • If you do not receive your email within 15 minutes, please check your spam or junk folder.

Important:

  • No physical item will be shipped for digital products.

  • Digital products cannot be returned or refunded once downloaded.


2. Physical Products (Workbooks and 3D Educational Toys)

We currently ship within Ghana only.


3. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our delivery partner.


4. Delivery Locations

We deliver to all major regions in Ghana, including:

  • Accra

  • Tema

  • Kumasi

  • Takoradi

  • Cape Coast

  • Tamale

  • And other accessible locations nationwide

If your area is difficult to access, we may contact you to arrange the best delivery option.


5. Delivery Time Estimates

Estimated delivery times within Ghana:

  • Greater Accra Region: 1–3 business days

  • Other Regions: 2–5 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to location or courier delays.


6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Delivery location

  • Package size and weight
